ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is the premier government agency in charge of all agricultural activities in the state. It is the primary agency that manages the agriculture development through promoting scientific methods of cultivation and welfare of farmers in the state through various policies and programmes. The department is headed by a senior minister who has cabinet ranking as per governering Protocol Laws.
NEEDS OF THE CLIENT
The state was seeing an outbreak of Root Wilt, a disease which is prevalent in the state but was usually contained to a small area in the state. The client needed know the spread and the rate of spread of the disease to get in front of the outbreak
